The INSPIRE (Integrated short-term palliative rehabilitation to improve quality of life and equitable care access in incurable cancer) project officially launched on the 12th of October in Lyon, France. INSPIRE will take place over four years and aims to place palliative rehabilitation at the heart of routine care for individuals with cancer.

Hosted by Hospices Civils de Lyon, consortium partners from all over Europe met to discuss their roles in the exciting venture. Partners presented their work packages for the INSPIRE project, which includes trial design and coordination, conducting comparative health service analysis, appraising implementation of the intervention, and generating an evidence synthesis based on project results. We look forward to bringing you more information on INSPIRE as the project progresses.
