European Cancer Patient Coalition (ECPC)

Description:

With over 450 members, we are proud to be the largest European non-profit cancer patients’ association. Covering all 27 European Union Member States, and many other European and non-European countries, we represent those affected by all types of cancers, from the rarest to the most common. ECPC works for a Europe of equality, where all European cancer patients have timely and affordable access to the best treatment and care available. We work to ensure that the scope of the entire cancer care pathway effectively includes prevention, treatment, survivorship and palliative care.

Role within Pal-Cycles:

ECPC will participate in the development and local adaptation of the project’s framework intervention. It will also collaborate to reduce barriers and facilitate the planning and developing of the intervention using a multicenter case study method. The participation will cover the dissemination and exploitation of the project as well.
