Minna is a Senior Advisor at Diaconia University of Applied Sciences. She is a APRN and PhD in Nursing Sciences. Her area of expertise is palliative care competencies, education and developing the palliative care services. She is the regional coordinator in the Finnish team.

Arja is Principal Lecturer at Diaconia University of Applied Sciences. She is RN, PhD and Docent in the Pedagogy in Nursing Science. Her areas of expertise cover especially service user involvement in clinical learning of nurse students and future palliative competence needs.

Lena works as a Principal Lecturer at Diaconia University of Applied Sciences in the department of interpretation, languages and communication. She has a PhD in Nordic Philology/ Communication studies and a qualification in leadership and educational administration. She is specialised in the impact of communication on wellbeing and communication ethics.
