When developing palliative care education, international collaboration is key. Leading up to the EAPC Congress in Barcelona, the following message was sent to nursing educators across Europe: ‘Looking forward seeing as many of you as possible at the EAPC Research congress in Barcelona’. We were delighted that many showed up at our ad hoc meeting in the hallway of the conference center. We agreed that we needed a platform to share ideas and further develop project results and teaching materials, giving us a GO! to apply to the EAPC board for the Innovation in Nurse Education Task force.
